We're just taking your average American Airlines Plane. no you dont understnad lolzzz i was BORN in san diego! we usually take flights from dallas to phoenix arizona, then phoenix to san diego, this time we're going straight from dallas to san diego though. dont give me any advice about some things i already know about, k thanks. =] and it took about 2 hours from dallas to phoenix, and about 45 minutes from phoenix to san diego. so its about 3 hours-ishh. so yeah.

Stolen cell phone /passport someone is using it now What to do

Stolen cell phone /passport someone is using it now What to do?
Someone stole my bright yellow bag inside the airport terminal. I was taking my son to fly away as an unaccompanied minor - so I had to wait for him to take off. I was so emotional I forgot the bag that had my passport in it! By the time I made it out the gate they would not let me back in. So I was at the airport all day long searching for it. Today I logged into my cell phone account and someone is using it in Fort Worth ( where the airport is) Texas! I was at the airport in LaGuardia....and I checked and there were flights from my terminal leaving to Fort Worth. My phone is on charged and that person has my PASSPORT! I don't care about the phone I just need my passport back :(. Can the airport detectived look at camera footage to see who picked up my yellow bag and what airplane they got on in terminal b? Should I call police in Texas and ask them to trace the phone signal. This is national security b/c it involves someone who knowingly stole a US passport. HELP!! Thanks so much! I just did a reverse look on one of the cell phone numbers they are dialing! So I have a name and adress now I need to find out if that person was on a flight or not.... OK so I called again and spoke to a guy one on of the numbers he called. - he sounded nervous and denied everything. I then called back my phone and HIS phone and everything is turned off....

You should contact the FBI and the TSA and Homeland Security and Texas State Police. Also Immigration and let them know your passport is stolen.
2 :
Call your cellphone provider and let them know that you've lost your phone. Report your passport stolen and apply for a new one. You'll have new scanning codes on it. Have you tried calling your cellphone number?
3 :
Sorry, call the police. That is NOT a national security issue though!
4 :
Woah thats really serious you should bring in all 9 yards on this. If the police approve, you should probably bring in the FBI as well.
5 :
1. Call your cellular privider and report the theft. 2. Call the police and report the theft. Record the police report number. Call your cellular provider again and give them the police report number. Do both of those things ASAP. 3. Go to the Post Office and report the theft of your passport. Do that as soon as you can get to a P.O. during working hours. Include the police report number in the report. You can apply for a new passport at the same time, but don't delay reporting the loss to get the photos, etc. 4. Send letters to all 3 credit reporting agencies advising them of the theft of your passport (there is a possibility of identity theft). Include the police report number in the letters. Mail the letters on Monday. 5. Check your credit in about a month to look for possible identity theft. Identity theft is unlikely to really happen unless your SSN was in the bag.

Wal Mart is all over Dallas. We also have a few Sams. We also have several Targets. We have Coscos as well. It doesn't bother me that we don't have K-Mart. There are other places to shop cheaply. In June, it will be in the 90s. There is a chance it will hit the 100s but it usually doesn't get that hot until July or August.

Wow, Daniel that's a wide variety of questions. K-Mart wasn't as popular as Walmart & Target so when they closed in the Dallas area it wasn't a big deal. Now it's been so many years that we don't even think about K-Mart. Both Walmart and Target are all over the Metroplex. There are several retail areas on Camp Wisdom. Are you referring to the newest one in Grand Prairie, the one in Duncanville or the ones in Dallas? The largest Mall in the Metroplex is in Dallas and it's North Park. No one can possibly know if your flight will be cancelled. DFW International is the largest airport in the country, but not the busiest. Yes, there is always a chance you'll sit on the runway for a while. June temp's will be in the 90's in Dallas.

K-Mart's were never popular in Dallas. Target is a much better place for discount shopping followed distantly by Wal-Mart. Both have locations all over Dallas. North Park is the biggest mall in Dallas. DFW is the largest airport in size in the US and the 2nd or 3rd busiest. Getting stuck waiting on the runway isn't something you can predict. There are lots of runways at DFW though. If I could predict if your flight would get canceled than my name would be the Amazing Kreskin. Dallas is hot and muggy in June. 95+ degrees usually everyday.
4 :
I do miss KMart a lot! They had the best shoe selection. There are 7 or 8 Walmarts within a 30 minute drive from me and at least 6 Targets. As Prairie Girl and Muppet stated, Northpark is the largest mall in the area. I've very seldom been delayed on the runway at DFW International due to flight traffic. Temperature in Dallas will probably be around 90 degrees at the beginning of June and an average of 95 to 100 degrees by the end of June.
5 :
There are many in Dallas and Fort Worth. We are cooler then usual right now. Dont even hasve A/C on today but Im sure that will change soon. I dont know why K mart is gone, its been several years ago here. Unless bad storms arrive, hail, high winds is why airports back up here in summer. We get lots icy days in winter. I dont shop Dallas. So dont know other answers. See web below.

Flying Stand By with no guarantee

Flying Stand By with no guarantee?
I was recently on an American Airlines flight where I had a connection in Dallas/Fort Worth. I had a 5 hour lay over and was on stand by for an earlier flight with a group of people who kept getting rolled over. One of them was a man that I talked to extensively and he said that he was flying stand by. He said he hadn't paid anything and would only be charged if he actually got on a plane and if he did it would be around 10 dollars for coach and around 20 for first class(I don't remember the exact numbers he said). But, now I can't find any information online that points to the same information. Help?

it sound he was using a buddy pass which allows friends of employee to fly at a low cost that amount sounds right
2 :
He definitely was flying on a pass issued to him from an employee. Every airline employee get a set of buddy passes that they can give to anyone they want. The price of the pass will depend on the actual distance that you fly.
3 :
He was probably on a companion pass. He has a friend who works for the airline. You, as a "real" customer, were priority over him. He also had no recourse on another airline. They're only good for the company that issues them and are not transferable. Usually, I only recommended them for friends who were flying low season when there was space on the plane. Sounds like he didn't choose his flight too wisely and/or had really bad luck. Hopefully, he got to where he was going without having to buy a full fare ticket at the airport!
