Fort Worth police have found a senior citizen with a mental impairment. Soledad Ortiz de Ortega, 76, was last seen on foot at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday in Northwest Fort Worth near the corner of River Rock Boulevard and Old Decatur Road, just north of Loop 820.
